So, earlier I mentioned the lack of WW in my life right now. This can be shown by the pan of brownies on our counter right now. Again, I'm making what's in the house and there was a box of brownie mix...so I splurged! Into the bowl went the mix, the two eggs...but...ahh crud...I had a little less than a 1/4 cup of veggie oil left and I needed 1/2 cup. What to do? Add canola oil to reach the 1/2 cup line. Hubster has been telling me for months that they're the same thing.
